Stayed here for a school reunion. Lovely character hotel. Standard double room was really good size. But what made this stay, and the reason for my review, is the level of customer service. Nikita and Harry were very helpful and friendly and everything was done with a big smile. Both young people with great work ethic and fantastic way of dealing with people. Breakfast was very good too.

It was an absolute relaxing stay, friendly staff, free tea and coffee and cookies. Also the restaurant and bar is top. Can absolutely recommend and will book there whenever I have to go there again. Thanks a lot!

The Hotel still has plenty of character for something built in the 15th Century and it is lovely. My Room was we’ll decorated encompassing the structural features which gave the room a beautiful charm.
