As such, we guarantee you the best online price. If the price you find on our website is higher than that of any other online vendor, we will automatically match this price. *
WHAT TO DO:
If you find a price lower on a vendor website that is bookable online, within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed, just simply take a screen shot of the page and send it to our team at email@example.com, detailing your name and contact details.
*The screen shot must include the following information:
- Hotel name
- Website operator
- Start and end dates of stay
- Price, type of accommodation and terms and conditions of the booking
It must be available to be booked on the dates requested
The lowest rate guarantee applies within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed.
The details supplied where the lower rate has been seen must comply with the same conditions (terms and conditions of the sale of the room, type of room, start and end dates). Applies to online vendors only.
If the request is correct and the difference verified by the Revenue Manager, you will receive a communication from The Swan confirming your new rate.
The guarantee of the best online price will only be applied to private customer reservations, not with special rates or other rates that are the result of special circumstances, such as package breaks, flash sales, special offers, conference bookings or weddings.
